The Brisbane Building has been a fixture in Downtown Buffalo since it opened in 1895. It was in disrepair when Stuart Hunt purchased the building in 1985. Mr. Hunt renovated the entire building, including the lobby and public areas and installing modern HVAC and mechanical systems. The Brisbane is again going through a significant restoration process that can be seen on the Doors Open Buffalo tour.
