Visitor Experience: Today, the 18 year-old integrated communications agency occupies the entire address, with employees on all four floors, interwoven within the Greek and Roman details favored in the 18th and early 19th centuries. Upon entering the impressively repurposed space, visitors will be treated to an art-accented open space at ground level, a glass-enclosed center atrium – and the aura of ambitious creativity that has served the grand expanse for decades.

Building Description: Designed by architectural firm Esenwein & Johnson – noted creators of Buffalo’s Calumet Building and iconic Electric Tower – the neoclassical-style 620 Main St. has hosted a wide variety of occupants over its century-long existence, including influential WNY advertising agency, Levy, King & White. Its name is still etched on the building’s marble exterior, and its Theatre District-located legacy lives on through the advertising brethren of The Martin Group, whose historic renovation brought the building back to life in 2015.
