Visitor Experience: Visitors will have a complete tour of the building seeing the magnificent auditorium with its stained glass lay lights and classical detailing. Visitors will also see the modern gymnasium addition built to respect the historic character of the building. They will learn the history of the structure, the program and its relationship to the historic West Village.

Building Description: Hutch Tech was constructed in 1913 and renovated in 2007. It is a local landmark in the West Village Historic District. It is also a National Historic eligible building. The building is designed in the gothic classical revival style by architect H. Osgood Holland. The school is one of Buffalo’s premiere facilities training its almost 1300 students to enter the Architecture and Engineering career path.
